• Our offers are subject to receiving all details about access at collection place, firm confirmation of collection date and cargo’s commercial description.
• The shipper must possess all fiscal and commercial documents pertaining to the goods, granting them the legal right to transfer / transit the goods inside/ outside the European community and is fully responsible for the legality of cargo. Any problem caused by failure to meet these conditions, will entitle us to charge compensation at least equal to the amount of payments contracted to resolve the situation, for example, but not limited to waiting time, loading/ offloading, additional taxes, daily allowances, travelling costs etc.
• Payment terms: for all the transports that we perform, the payments are due within maximum 30 days from the date of the invoice, if not otherwise agreed.
• The invoice will be issued in EURO currency, upon goods delivered at the destination. In the event of delayed payment, we reserve the right to impose penalties between 0,1% to 0.5% on the outstanding amount for each day of delay. These penalties may exceed the initial amount owed.
• If the Client/ beneficiary of transport fails to make the payments, within the agreed terms, the Client/ beneficiary of this transport will share joint and several liability with us, the provider for any debts owed to the sub-suppliers engaged by the provider to fulfill this order.
• If the transport order is cancelled, we reserve our right to invoice cancellation fees according to the specific costs pre-paid or engaged for for related services meant to perform the transport in good order.
• Free time for loading / offloading the truck at collection place /final destination, including stops for customs formalities: usually 6 to 8 hours each. After the specified time, waiting time will be charged for each new day started. The amount may vary depending on the taxable time and the type of truck used (semitrailers, lowbed trailers, standard trucks etc)
• The loading of truck is under the responsibility of Client/ Shipper/ Consignor and must be done "when the trucks arrive" and not "by appointment”.
• The unloading of truck must be done when the truck arrives at destination and not by appointment.
• All penalties and/or additional costs which may be caused by supplying wrong information by beneficiary, as well as any penalties and / or additional costs that may occur after any change of transport conditions mentioned above or delays in performing operations related to customs formalities, delivery, reception of goods are exclusive task of Client/ Beneficiary of this transport and will be charged accordingly.
• All transports are performed under CMR conditions.
• Our company is responsible for the transported goods from the moment of loading until unloading, and in case of damage, the insurance works under CMR conditions. We recommend that you secure additional cargo insurance against all risks before loading.
• It is the responsibility of Client/ Beneficiary of this transport to ensure access for the means of transport to both the loading and unloading points of the goods.
• Our offers are based on standard transport equipment and does not refer to specialized equipment unless specified.
• The validity of offers depends on the receipt/viewing of sketches, availability of appropriate transport equipment, feasible routes and permits at the time of transport, and unimpeded access to loading and unloading locations.
• Cancellation of confirmed transport orders may incur billable elements/costs such as premises, street furniture, canceled trips, or costs paid on your behalf.
• Prices may be adjusted for delivery addresses in protected areas or locations subject to additional charges (e.g., environmental tax, City Hall tax), and any price difference will be invoiced to the Client/ Beneficiary.
• Any penalties or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Client/ Beneficiary or changes in the transport conditions will be the sole responsibility of the Client/ Beneficiary and invoiced accordingly.
